Jared Rodriguez
Jared Rodriguez is a dedicated healthcare provider deeply committed to patient-centered care. He began his healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse after earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Joyce University of Nursing and Health Sciences in Salt Lake City, Utah. His experience working in the Emergency Department at Yuma Regional Medical Center revealed to him how frequently patient needs were overlooked, motivating him to pursue further education.
Jared went on to earn his Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. In this role, he gained extensive experience working in urgent care settings across Arizona. Despite enjoying this role, Jared observed that healthcare was increasingly driven by numbers rather than patient-centered care, prompting him to start his own practice.
His ultimate goal is to establish a practice that emphasizes listening to and valuing each patient, ensuring they receive the high-quality care they deserve. Jared is passionate about creating healthcare experiences that prioritize individual needs and empower patients to actively participate in their treatment decisions.
Mihaela Farley - FNP - C
Mihaela Farley, MSN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 12 years of urgent care experience and more than 3 years of experience in primary care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix. Mihaela is known for her compassionate and dedicated approach to patient care, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve lasting health and wellness.
Her background includes extensive experience in urgent care, primary care, pain management, and dermatology, giving her a well-rounded clinical foundation. She also brings over five years of experience as a registered nurse in medical and surgical units, including telemetry, pulmonary, and cardiac care, treating patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Mihaela also holds DEA and DOT Medical Examiner certifications, as well as CPR and telemetry credentials. Patients appreciate her warm demeanor, clinical expertise, and commitment to providing high-quality care.
